Note that Savicom sends mail on behalf of thousands of customers including many paid information newsletters and published content in addition to marketing messages, so using global unsubscribe may result in your address being unintentially removed from lists which you did not intend to unsubscribe from. To avoid unintentional blocking of wanted mail, we recommend using the removal instructions supplied with the message you received from our system instead of the global remove function below.

Note also that this function only affects email sent by Savicom's customers through Savicom's network, and will not block most spam or viruses from reaching your inbox.

Please allow at least 48-72 hours for the change to be fully in effect.

Complaints Processing

If you believe you have been inappropriately added to any of our clients' lists, you can send an email that will register an official complaint against a customer list. It will also remove you from that customer list.

Our complaint process is designed specifically for warnings concerning email abuse and receipt of email that was never solicited by you. You can submit your complaint to an automatic processor that will register the complaint against the list and notify our Delivery Assurance staff. This address should not to be used to request more information about our privacy and complaints program. If you need to get in touch with someone, please please contact Savicom Delivery Assurance.

If you wish to send us a complaint about a message sent through our network, please email a copy of the message with complete header information to "nospam" at "savicom.net". (Consult your email program for information about viewing and email header information.) Savicom investigates every unsolicited email report and will take action against list owners we find violating our Acceptable Use Policy, including fines and/or termination.

Distribution of Email Addresses

Savicom does not own or rent any of the lists our customers mail to for commercial purposes.

In accordance with our Privacy Policy, Savicom does not harvest or cull email addresses or share addresses with our List Owners or the general public. We require all addresses in our database to be explicitly opt-in.
